Plant Development History
1982 - Release of the first 15 devices for transportation of grinded green bulk IМ-40.
1983 - Startup of the first line of "Mogilyovselmash" plant.
1987 - The 10000th release of the PRТ -10-1 machine. Production of the first loader П- 4/85 model with 4 tones loading
capacity on tractor K-700 chassis.
1991 - Production of the first samples of automobile one- and two-axle double-tire semi-trailers on a spring suspension 9380, 9397.
1993 - Release of the pilot batch of autocranes with loading capacity of 15 tones.
1994 - "Mogilyovselmash" plant is renamed into "Mogilevtransmash". Production of the first samples of container carriers. The automobile semi-trailer range is expanded.
1995 - Production of the first samples of refrigerators. Start of three-axle automobile semi-trailer production on a spring and air suspension. Release of the first sample of the autocrane with loading capacity of 25 tones and cargo lifting height of 28m.
1996 - Startup of the autocrane КС-5479 serial production with loading capacity of 25 tones on the basis of special chassis MZKT 8006. Release of set batches of automobile semi-trailer- panel carriers У-230 and all-metal automobile semi-trailers with awning top МТМ 9330-60. The automobile semi-trailer range is expanded.
1997 - "Mogilevtransmash" plant's 15th anniversary. Startup of production of refrigerators with body volume of 82 cubic metres.
1998 - Production of the first sample of the isothermal van МТМ - 41. Mass production of refrigerators with body volume of 82 cubic metres.
1999 - State standardization, metrology and certification committee of the Republic of Belarus awarded MAZ with a honorary diploma "For high quality of products". There were presented two certificates of quality system corresponding to ISO 9001(in the International Certification System of the Russian Sea Register, in the Certification System GOST P)
2005 - "Mogilevtransmash" is rearranged into RUE MAZ affiliate "Mogilevtransmash" plant
