The exhibition Made in Belarus was opened on March 20 in Tbilisi. The exhibition was opened by the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Rusy and the Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze.
Representatives of the Belarusian heavy machinery industry such as MAZ, Gomselmash and Minsk Tractor Works presented their products at the exhibition entrance. Minsk Automobile Plant presented here a low-floor city bus MAZ 206 with a Mercedes-Benz engine of Euro-5 ecological class. The small size of this bus allows to organize the transportation of passengers through the mountainous terrain of Georgia in the best way. The length, width and height of this bus are 8800/2550/2930 mm. And at the same time MAZ 206 is distinguished by its capacity: it has 27 seats.
An indispensable vehicle at construction sites, the number of which has noticeably increased in Georgia recently, is the dump truck MAZ-650108 with the wheel formula 6x4, designed for transporting bulk cargos. This model is used at construction sites, industrial enterprises, road services for the transportation of gravel, sand, gravel and other materials. Back-side unloading system is one of the main features of MAZ-650108 truck. The volume of the platform is 20 m3. The dump truck is equipped with the Russian engine YAMZ-7511.10 with a capacity of 294 kWt.
Minsk Automobile Plant has been successfully cooperating with the Georgian side for many years. Every year, both trucks and passenger vehicles of Belarusian production are delivered here, and bilateral visits strengthen the mutual cooperation.
