Exhibition of Belarusian manufacturers "Made in Belarus. Astana" has been opened in Kazakhstan. In the exhibition center "Korme" more than 70 companies present over 150 technical developments and several hundred consumer products from the leading Belarusian brands: from modernized agricultural machinery to ground transport of the future.
Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov and Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition. The exhibition features Belarusian machinery and petrochemistry, transport and logistics, agriculture and food products, woodworking and building materials, light industry, medicine and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other consumer goods, information technology, tourism and much more.
Visitors of the exhibition "Made in Belarus. Astana" will be acquainted with the products of such Belarusian companies-leaders in the field of engineering and industrial equipment, as JSC" Belarusian Metallurgical Plant", JSC" MMW named after Vavilov "- managing company of "BelOMO" holding, JSC" BATE - managing company of Avtokomponenty holding, Amkodor JSC, MISOM OP OJSC and Mogilev Electric Motor Plant JSC, Brest Electrotechnical Plant JSC, and, of course, Minsk Automobile Plant JSC, the managing company of Belavtomaz holding
In addition to visiting the stand of Minsk Automobile Plant inside the exhibition pavilion, guests and participants can see the truck tractor MAZ-6418 and the city low-floor bus MAZ 103 personally. The vehicles are presented at the open exhibition site.
Business circles of Kazakhstan have already assessed the capabilities of Belarusian producers. The Agreement on cooperation between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan was signed.
Considering the high popularity and prestige of Belarusian products in Kazakhstan, this event is one of the most anticipated events of the year for businessmen of both countries. Concrete proposals on questions of activation of Belarusian-Kazakh cooperation were discussed at a joint business forum. To strengthen business ties in Astana, more than 200 business representatives gathered.
