21.03.2007 THE NEW REGULATIONS ABOUT AWARDING OF WORKERS OF RUE "МАZ" ARE CALLED TO INTEREST THE EMPLOYEES IN ECONOMY OF FUEL AND ENERGY RESOURCES

Since 2007 Regulations about awarding of workers of RUE  "МАZ"  for economy of fuel and energy resources EFE plant came into force at Minsk automobile plant.

The workers of the enterprise accepting direct participation in the organization and work on energy saving can receive the premium; industrial divisions which directly use  thermal and electric energy, and also the separate workers of structural divisions providing development and introduction of energy and resources saving  actions.

The source of awarding is actual economy of means (resources) concerning actual level of their expenditure before introduction of energy and resources saving actions and the technologies, confirmed by indications of various devices.

Calculation of EFE economy according to the actions of the "Programs of energy saving actions in "RUE MAZ" is made quarterly.
It can be used up to 50 % of the received economy of money resources on awarding.  Awarding of collective of the enterprise is made at the condition of performance of specific norms of EFE charge on a unit of production (works, services).
